Yes, most of the meds were expired, but that shouldn't be too surprising. I augmented the kit with additional wound care items (additional obs sites, steri-strips, etc) and a Sam splint would be very nice. But the price is good considering everything that is included and it's convenient for a base camp, car, boat, etc
