The bag did seem alarmingly small for the temperature rating, so I'm thinking that it is a fantastic new design requiring minimal stuffing...? Also, I purchased it with the warmer-bodied camper in mind. The pro is its miniscule packweight and space-usage, though. Should be perfect for summertime. Be wary of anything colder than that.
