cracked earlier than expected By alltrailsrgoodguy from Lake Placid, NY on 05/04/2009 Pros: Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Warm Cons: Bulky, Very long laces- too long Best Uses: Cold Weather, Snow Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Trecking heavy snow Bottom Line: No, I would not recommend this to a friend Comments: warm and waterproof, but- I had the boots for less than 6 months before the bottom rubber side outseal cracked open in both boots. I had to return them. 6 months is not very long. I guess not very movement- friendly?

Other than that, I know the boot will provide excellent protection from snow and slush, along with good traction.

Great comfort right out of the box, very lightweight, and great design EXCEPT that the low cut back seems to catch my heel when putting on, and I anticipate early, premature wear and tear across the rim of the shoe in the back. But I STILL love them.
