Good product for the money By Dave from Tucson, AZ on 03/03/2010 Pros: Easy to adjust, Good grips, Lightweight, Strong Describe Yourself: Avid Adventurer What Is Your Gear Style: Comfort Driven Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: This is the second time I've ordered these poles. The first thing to go is the tip, but that's probably due to the extremely rocky terrain in which I hike.
Sturdy, Callapsible, Adjustable, Simple By bmc from TN - GSMNP on 03/03/2010 Pros: Easy to adjust, Lightweight, Strong Best Uses: Backpacking, Day trip, Hiking What Is Your Gear Style: Minimalist Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: These pole are pretty good. They do adjust fairly easy and sturdy enough to support my leaning weight. I weigh 185 lbs. Its hard to beat these for the price I paid. I did use one of the email coupons also. My only gripe is that the grips are plastic, so they are not as comfortable as some of the foam grips, but that is a jump in price. It doesn't bother me that much because I usually have gloves on as I do most of my backpacking in the late fall, winter, and early spring. I would reccomend these poles to a friend.
