At first I was a little concerned they were too small. I am a consistent 9.5 mens and all my best shoes are that size. Sometimes I buy a ten based upon fit. Teva quality is definitely present. They are going to be fine and I'm really happy to have 'spider rubber' on the soles. It is amazing on wet, slimy rocks in creeks.

I like everything about them except, the toggle on the laces does not release when you press down on it, so you can adjust the laces. There is a small flap that covers the toggle when it is cinched down that is questionable. The flap is secured by a very small piece of velcro, not big enough in my opinion when walking through brushy areas. It really irritates me that a manufacturer does not take the time to see if the product does what it supposes to do. What gives, did they think I would not notice this. I like the shoes other wise; comfortable in a kayak, and hiking up sandy washes. I called Teva and they told me I could send them in to them. I would like to be able to use the product without sending it in for warranty work.

I normally wear a 7.5. so I ordered up and got the 8, fits perfect. I wear them around the house, and could probably wear them around town, to run errands, etc. I bought them for Thailand because I will need something that dries faster for showering than a regular Teva, and also I may want to wear them on short walks, easy to slip off and on at the temples.
