They have a "nubby" surface on the soul that massages your feet as you walk. The sole is a little thin, but not too bad. Overall, I really like these shoes and I appreciate that the company had the environment in mind when manufacturing them.

I don't feel restricted or tight in anyway. They have these cool little bumps on the insole that I thought would make it uncomfortable but it really feels good. Love that they are slip-on. Gotten quite a few compliments already!
