It lacks that feel or finish of quality and is certainly not my brightest torch. It is however the only one that I don't have to feed with batteries. I wil know more after the first trip with it in the field. Very light, for the ultralight fans.

It gives a good amount of light for most jobs you can think of.
Have some on hand in the house and car for emergencies.
My kids love these lights, they are fun to shake, take a beating and are waterproof. Great as gifts too.

However an long period of shaking the illumination level remained pretty much dim. The dim lighting level will last for many hours but in my opinion this not enough light for a flashlight.

Needs to reduce and control flare to make it easy to see past the flashlights glow.
