Nice Boots - Just what I wanted By The Buzzard from North Idaho on 11/11/2008 Pros: Comfortable, Easy Entry & Exit, Good Traction, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof Best Uses: After Skiing/Snowboarding, Cold Weather, Slippery Terrain, Snow, Wet Conditions Describe Yourself: Casual/ Recreational Gear Usage: Cold Weather Living, Winter Sports Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Comments: I have had a pair of Sorel Caribou"s for years, but was looking for something smaller and lighter in weight. The Cold Mountain boots are just right. My primary reason for buying them is to wear while working in my garage work shop in cold weather. I will also use them to snowshoe, shovel snow, before and after skiing, and most other cold/wet weather outdoor activities.
