I have modestly-sized palms and fingers, but these gloves are sized way too small - even the XL's don't fit my modestly-sized hands. I usually wear M or L, adult male gloves. I originally ordered size "L" and I had to return for a larger size. So, I ordered size "XL", still way too small and honestly the "XL" was not any bigger than the "L". These gloves are best for teens or for women because I don't think a normal-sized man is going to be able to squeeze his hand in these gloves -- no way!
