It may be slightly large or is it meant to fit that way so it comes down to your ears and the wind won't blow it off. I have a small head and I like the way it fits and stays on my head without needing to be tied. Great for stuffing in my pack for my aussie outback trek!

Those hats disintegrated. I am spending the same amount on this but it is made of natural fibers like a straw but very packable. I am pleased. I love hats.
I usually have a pretty big head and this hat is a little loose for me. Since it is one size fits all if you have a small head it probably would not work for you.

It was perfect! Packed into my suitcase and it came out looking perfect. With the brim down, it was great to keep the sun off my face. Very comfortable! I have a large head so it may be a bit large for others but for me, it fit perfectly. I even jumped into the pool with it on and got it soaked and by the next morning, it was dry and looked just like new.

It is an adorable hat and it is durable. It bounces right back into shape. However, it does not have an adjustable strap on the inside of the hat. It is way too big for my head. If I don't pull my hair back into a ponytail, the hat just spins around my head. I am very disappointed, but must return it.
