Fabric is puffy as if I have large hips. I bought the top to match and it fits perfect. I am going to keep the skirt and see if it can be fixed.

The skirt looks lovely on me, I am very happy with it. It reaches to about mid-calf, and fits well in the waist. The fabric is lovely, but it could be thicker. It is very light weight. Still I love the skirt.
