Just be careful washing them: they tend to shrink (and yes I followed the instructions to a "t".

I have never found one with a wide brim that works with a pony tail. Although the hole could be a little higher, it forces me to wear my pony tail lower than I like. This is the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of five.

The velcro feature allowed me to have my hair exit the back of the hat in a pony tail. It is so much cooler not having your hair covering the neck area in warm weather. Also, this kept the hat from flying off. Very nice color and the brim was not droopy like other sun hats. It was very comfortable to wear. And at a bargin price.
