This top is fantastic for running when it is breezy and cool outside. It does a great job of blocking the wind without being too warm. I use it alone for running in temps around 40 - 50 degrees or so. Perfect!!!

Wow, this is one great pullover. It truly blocks the wind. I've been wearing it to hike, cycle, walk, and read outside. The arms a bit long, I ordered a small and they are at least 3 inches over my wrist (but I just fold them up). But overall awesome, can't wait to try it crosscountry skiing!

I returned this because of the fit. The sleeves were too long and the fabric bunched up around my armpits/shoulders. Sharp looking when it wasn't on me! Wonderful, lightweight fabric.

Windstopper is the best
By Owned by PointersVerified Reviewer from Oakland, CA on 08/06/2009

Cons:
Not Enough Pockets or Features

Bottom Line:

Comments:
I have a closet full of Mountain Hardware. Once I found the right fit with MH stuff, I just kept adding more and more. Realizing I wear my other Transition Pullover as much as I do it was time to add a second color. I use mine for golf, hiking, daily dog walks, and even cycling. Fit is great, awesome mobility, and it really blocks the wind. Drawback is complete lack of pockets. I carry more than an IPOD so I want pockets.

Ran on the Lake Michigan Beach on a very windy, misty day when temps were in the low 40's and this provided great wind protection and warmth for those conditions. Ordered one for myself and one for a friend--glad I did.

I love the colors on this. I would have rated it higher, but the sleeves are way too long. I can't even see my fingers when I have them pulled down.

This shirt is amazing! I have a lot of mountain hardware and this is one of my favorites. The color is incredible, the cut is slim, flattering but still allows a light layer underneath. I have run and worn in an outdoor-casual settings and it is great. Ideal for hiking or other activities on fall/spring days. I've also layered it successfully this winter. LOVE IT.

This pullover and the hooded version are perfect for cold windy days .The cut is slightly large but that works well with a fleece underneath on windy, wintery days.It is so lightweight that it is barely noticeable and the colors are rich and highly visible an absolute for running or biking.
