Retail Supervisor	[Apply for this Position]
Location: Cheyenne, WY Opening Date: 08/27/2008 Closing Date: 09/26/2008 Description: Must have all the skills listed for the Retail Associate 2. They must be strong believers in the STP statements of principle in that the customer must be given the best possible service, we must keep our operating cost as low as possible, and that our business ethics must be consistent with respect and fairness. They must be able to handle customer/associates problems and needs in a timely and courteous manner. It is important that a supervisor know how to trace & correct problem transactions. Mentoring and giving constructive criticism in a respectful way is a must. They must be able to assist associates in all their duties, delegate assignments, and monitor productivity of all associates; give input on employee review is important. Part of a supervisor’s responsibility is to be able to open and close the retail facility, which means counting cash drawers, reconciling the registers and making sure the store is presentable before closing. Some supervisors will have the responsibility to do inventory corrections, (4-4’s.) It is vital a supervisor has a good working relationship and respect of all associates. Requirements: Must be outgoing, eager to handle responsibility and good skills in the area of leadership and interpersonal relations. Previous retail or customer service experience is needed. Previous supervisor experience may be considered. Must be familiar with the STP software, SB+ (Cheyenne) and Internet understanding.

Location: Cheyenne, WY Opening Date: 08/12/2008 Closing Date: 09/26/2008 Description: The retail associate is responsible for approaching and greeting the STP customer with a cheerful smile and demeanor. They must be able to merchandise their department and keep the retail store clean, organized and efficient for our customers. Knowledge in all products and departments is very important. They must be able to help in a substitution of items not available for our customer. They must be able to take merchandise from the warehouse and transfer it into the system for selling in the retail store. Must dress in appropriate attire for the public. Requirements: Intermediate exertion, continuous walking or standing, regular lifting occasionally up to 35 pounds. SKILLS REQUIRED: The retail associate must be knowledgeable of all products of Sierra Trading Post and must be able to present information to our customer in a concise, professional manner. The associate must have good communication skills. Being proficient in the use of a keyboard, typing by touch, and being knowledgeable in the area of the Internet. Easily trained to pull merchandise correctly and efficiently from the fulfillment center to the retail store. A sales associate must be able to count change back to the customer properly. Returns Processing Specialist	[Apply for this Position]
Location: Cheyenne, WY Opening Date: 08/12/2008 Closing Date: 09/26/2008 Description: DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: The Return Processing Specialist is responsible for processing customer returns. They work closely with Return to Vendor Specialist (RTV), Retail, and buying department. They are required to clean, button and fold neatly all merchandise going back to stock. If the merchandise is damaged, defective or cannot be resold they must return it to RTV. If it is not in an active catalog it will be returned to Retail. If the customer washed or wore the merchandise it is sent to thirds to be sold as is. LEVEL OF EXERTION: Level 3 – Intermediate Exertion – Continuous walking or standing, frequent lifting: Weights up to 50 pounds. Requirements: SHIFT HOURS: This position is a Full-time or Part-time position for Days or Nights. Seasonal and Permanent positions available. SKILLS REQUIRED: Must pay close attention to detail. Must be able to determine if product is acceptable to be returned to stock sent to thirds or go to the RTV department. Must be able to operate computer and be knowledgeable in QOP. Must be able to stand in one place for extended hours. Requires good product knowledge.

Location: Cheyenne, WY Opening Date: 08/13/2008 Closing Date: 09/26/2008 Description: DESCRIPTION OF ACTIVITIES: The Box Opening/Shrink Wrap position is an entry-level position that works 1st and 2nd shifts. They are responsible for opening boxes of customer returns and shrink-wrapping into plastic merchandise, which has been processed. They work very closely with the Return Processing Specialist. They must ensure all paperwork i.e. letters from customers, personal checks for exchanges, and invoices are put neatly with the merchandise so the return can be processed in a timely accurate manner. Accuracy is a must in this position. LEVEL OF PHYSICAL EXERTION: Level 3 – Considerable Exertion – Continuous walking or standing, pushing or pulling, regular lifting: Weights up to 50 pounds. Requirements: SHIFT HOURS: FULL TIME SHIFT: Full time day position, 8:00 am -4:30 pm or 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. Full time evening position, 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Monday through Friday. Forty plus hours per week. PART TIME SHIFT: Part time evening position, 4 pm – 10 pm or 5 pm to 10 pm, no less than 25 hours per week. Must be able to work Thursday and Friday nights. SKILLS REQUIRED: Must have attention to detail. Must be able to move heavy carts of returned merchandise in a timely, efficient manner.
Supply Specialist	[Apply for this Position]
Location: Cheyenne, WY Opening Date: 08/15/2008 Closing Date: 09/26/2008 Description: The Supply Specialist is a one deep position so attendance and speed are essential. This individual organizes and furnishes all supplies to Packers to include but not limited to corrugate boxes, vinyl mailers, package inserts, tape and labels. Continuously circulates through the Packing Area filling supply requests. Replenishes paper rolls on the dunnage machine and the Single Line Packing Machine and makes minor adjustments to the tracking to obtain a quality package. Maintains and cleans supply staging area. May assist in Shipping during idle periods. Requirements: LEVEL OF PHYSICAL EXERTION: Level 3 -Intermediate exertion – Continuous walking, standing, pushing or pulling, regularly lifting: weights up to 50 pounds and occasionally lifting weights up to 93 pounds (single packing paper rolls). SKILLS REQUIRED: The Supply Specialist must be able to work independently and plan and organize daily activities to meet Packers needs. Starting pay is $9.85 per hour for first shift and $10.45 per hour for second shift
